What We Do
JGM Clinical is a full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that optimizes clinical trial recruitment for physicians. Current projects are focused on rheumatology as well as nephropathology-related studies, and we deploy AI solutions engineers directly to your practice to seamlessly integrate AI-based tools designed to support recruitment for trials focused on autoimmune disease, backed by our team of experts, licensed practicing physicians, regulatory specialists, and clinical researchers. It's all built on full regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA). We are ready to serve, creating a lean model with higher efficiency to support and monitor the conduct of your clinical trial.
We prepare your site for a successful clinical trial, from the pre-study site visit through the close-out visit, and help keep your site inspection ready.

As science advances rapidly, we stay ready to evolve alongside it. We also invest in day-to-day AI research and management-tool development.
Currently, our focus is especially on rheumatology and nephropathology advancements, two areas where we see real potential for AI to improve how trials are designed and how patients are identified.
We've also developed systems to maintain high subject enrollment and retain participation through to Last Subject, Last Visit (LSLV) for every study.
This is just one example. We're also working on the potential use of AI-guided preclinical and investigator-initiated studies, in addition to the clinical trials we manage.
